To identify training needs and make annual training plan base on business strategy 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)策略分析培訓(xùn)需求、制訂年度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃 To design and develop training courses, and deliver it accordingly 開(kāi)發(fā)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)課程，編寫(xiě)培訓(xùn)講義并授課 To organize internal training and support in administration 組織公司培訓(xùn)，安排相關(guān)行政事務(wù) To contact and coach external training agencies to deliver training programs in an effective and efficient manner 聯(lián) 系并指導(dǎo)外部培訓(xùn)公司，提高外部培訓(xùn)的有效性 To evaluate training result and monitor post-training action plans 評(píng)估培訓(xùn)結(jié)果，監(jiān)督培訓(xùn)后續(xù)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行 To support the project of people development and talent retention 協(xié)助員工職業(yè)發(fā)展與人才保留項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行 To maintain and update employee training records 維護(hù)與更新員工培訓(xùn)記錄 |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Bachelor degree or above 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷 More than four years working experience in training area 四年以上培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Sales experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry is preferred 動(dòng)物保健或醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮 Excellent communication skills and presentation skill 優(yōu)秀的溝通與演講能力 Good Command of English and computer 熟練掌握英語(yǔ)與計(jì)算機(jī)操作 |
